Notice:

The former Santa Fe Railroad Passenger Depot in Guthrie Oklahoma is NOT currently being operated by The Old Santa Fe Depot of Guthrie Company, an Oklahoma Not-For-Profit corporation.

The property is currently under siege by Mortgage Fraud Perpetrators and their co-conspirators.

The Old Santa Fe Depot of Guthrie Company (TOSDOG) is chartered by the Oklahoma Secretary of State as an Oklahoma Not for Profit Corporation. The company was chartered to operate the former Santa Fe Railroad passenger depot in Guthrie Oklahoma as a tourist attraction and museum.

The former Santa Fe Railroad depot in Guthrie Oklahoma is a National Historic Landmark property as designated by the Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The property was originally developed in collaboration with the Logan County Historical Society, the National Park Service, The Oklahoma Department of Tourism, The Oklahoma Historical Society, and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

From 2002 until the siege in 2009 the facility was operated as a Restaurant, Model Train museum, and Event center. The Santa Fe Room Event Center hosted many events including weddings, train shows, private parties, concerts, conventions, conferences, craft shows, etc. The Santa Fe Room Event Center served as a major tourist attraction for the City of Guthrie and was the catalyst for the current proliferation of many event centers within the city and the large number of private events booked in Guthrie.

The model train museum contained many priceless models from all around the world and as such was considered a World Class museum. The museum attracted visitors from many international countries and was promoted by the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and the Rand McNally road atlas as one of the states premier tourist attractions.

The International Model Train and Automobile Museum within the depot was a major Guthrie tourist attraction and was designated a world-class museum. Visitors from all over the world have toured the museum, in addition to school groups from many Oklahoma school districts. The museum has also hosted several railroad events and model train shows. The museum conducted tours continuously in conjunction with the Oklahoma Territorial Museum, the Oklahoma Department of Tourism, the Oklahoma Historical Society, and several private tour bus companies.

TOSDOG has been victimized by Mortgage Fraud and the Mortgage Fraud Perpetrators (MFPs) have seized, and are now controlling the Guthrie Santa Fe Depot. In addition the MFPs are extorting rent monies from TOSDOG’s tenants and attempting to extort monies from TOSDOG itself. Two of TOSDOG’s tenants have become agents of the MFPs and are co-conspiring with the MFPs to embezzle rent monies due to TOSDOG.

The agents of the MFPs have completely decimated the International Model Train and Automobile Museum and have forced the closure of the museum. Priceless museum exhibits and artifacts have been embezzled by these agents and numerous classic models have been stolen. Ransom letters have been sent to TOSDOG demanding large sums of money for the return of museum exhibits and artifacts. Two large world class model train layouts, including many antique models, have been stolen and destroyed. TOSDOG company personnel have been vanquished from the Santa Fe Depot building by the Logan County Sheriffs department and the Guthrie police department in collaboration with the Logan County District Court. Agents of the MFPs have written ransom letters to TOSDOG in an attempt to extort ransom for the museum exhibits and artifacts. Thus, the museum has been completely decimated and is currently closed. Oklahoma school groups as well as International visitors and rail fans are being told that the museum has "failed" and was closed down by TOSDOG.

TOSDOG company offices have been decimated with company records, historical documents, and model exhibits and artifacts embezzled by the agents of the MFPs. Life-time collections of many railroad artifacts contributed by Guthrie residents as well as several personal collections contributed by TOSDOG’s founder have been destroyed, embezzled, or sold.

In addition, the MFPs have conspired with a Guthrie real estate agent to flip the property deed in a common Mortgage Fraud process known as "equity skimming". This allows them to sell seized properties to unsuspecting potential buyers and reap a huge profit. Several seized properties are being advertised for sale on the Internet, or have been sold at auctions throughout the state.

The MFPs have received a gag order from the Logan County District Court in an attempt to censor and control this website and are attempting to try to censor up and coming news media stories concerning the seizures and building occupations. The TOSDOG Company is doing everything possible to prevent the censorship of this website and continue to advise the public of legal proceedings currently in process.

The following table lists all known legal cases, lawsuits, and complaints currently in process or under development by TOSDOG as well as several other Oklahoma victims of these MFPs and their co-conspirators. Many other Oklahoma cases have already been closed and the subject properties stolen with the permission of courts in several Oklahoma counties. Information contained herein will be expanded as it is developed. In the near future a new website called "The Oklahoma Mortgage Fraud Reporter" will be developed to provide up-to-date news on all known mortgage fraud in Oklahoma.
